Delivery

The production time for each product is specified in the webshop. As a general rule, delivery will take 5-10 days after the order is fulfilled, as we ship from Paris.

However, some made-to-order items may have a longer delivery time, sometimes up to three weeks, due to high demand.

Please keep in mind that we are a slow-fashion brand, and it takes time to handsew your order<3

Returns

We really hope that you love your Son Sac items. If you do wish to make a return for any reason, here is what you need to know.

We offer the option to return all our items — including made-to-order pieces.

Please note that made-to-order items are made specifically for you, and take time and resources to make, so it is important to consider your purchase carefully before you go ahead with the order.

You can return the items within 14 days of receiving them. The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. The items must also still have the hang tag on otherwise the items cannot be returned. Provided these conditions are met, we will refund the total amount of the items bought, paid to the credit card used in the transaction.

Please be aware that we are not refunding the shipping amount you paid for the delivery, nor the cost of sending it back. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

The return of the package is your responsibility, and until we have the package in our possession, you are liable for any damage that occurs during transport. You will bear the costs of the return.

Refund

Once we have received your returned package and confirmed that it is in its original condition, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to you.

When you cancel a purchase and we receive the order back, you will be refunded the full amount excluding shipping costs. If, contrary to expectations, you have not received your refund within the specified 10 business days, please send an us an email at contact@sonsac.com.

Payment

In the webshop, you can order your items online and pay with: Dankort, Euro/Mastercard, VISA, JBC cards, and Visa Electron. All my prices include VAT. We do not charge card fees.

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds are held on your card or account until:

  1. We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
  2. The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.

Other

We offer a 2-year warranty for all made-to-order items, covering manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or alterations made after delivery.

If you find a defect in the product, please take one or more photos of it and send them to: contact@sonsac.com. Along with the photo, include a description of the issue, and I will get back to you promptly.

If there is an issue with a delivered order, we will cover the shipping costs.
