How quickly can I get my order delivered?
The delivery time is specified for each product in the webshop. As a general rule, I can deliver within 1-5 days. However, there is a longer delivery time for pre-ordered items, sometimes up to three weeks due to high demand. Feel free to reach out to me at contact@sonsac.com if you have any questions.
Is it possible to place a rush order?
I accept urgent requests when possible. As a general rule, I will do my best to ensure you receive your Son Sac product when you need it. I understand what it's like to be in a last-minute situation or have something interfere with your plans, so feel free to write to me at contact@sonsac.com, and we’ll find a solution. A rush fee of DKK 150 to 300 will apply, depending on how urgent the request is.
What is the shipping cost?
50 DKK for standard delivery. All items are primarily produced in Paris, and the delivery time may vary accordingly.
How do I know that my order has gone through?
After you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive the order confirmation within a few minutes, I recommend checking your spam folder. If you accidentally provided the wrong email address, just contact me at contact@sonsac.com.
Is it possible to schedule a visit to try on the clothing?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. However, almost all of my styles are one-size, with many made from jersey or featuring adjustable closures. If the product doesn’t fit, you have a full 14-day return policy, as long as you meet the conditions. Please refer to the Returns section for more information.
Care and Washing Guide
I recommend washing exclusively on a short cycle and at low temperatures. Please also consider using a laundry bag. Some of my styles feature sewn-on vintage buttons, such as the popular Bonheur dress. See if it’s sufficient to air out both these dresses and other products. You can hang them on a hanger in the bathroom while you take a shower or air them outside.
All items come with a tag that highlights the specific care recommendations for that product.
Return Policy
Is it possible to return an item?
You have the option to return items purchased from the webshop. I offer a full 14-day return policy. If you change your mind about a product, your right of withdrawal starts from the moment the order is received by you (or another person at your address), your mailbox, or your workplace. If you chose delivery to a parcel shop, the withdrawal period begins only when you receive the package at the parcel shop.
If you decide not to pick up the package at the parcel shop, simply allowing the shipping company to return it due to non-collection is not sufficient. It is important that you provide me with explicit written notice that you wish to return your package. The item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it. For more information, see "Condition of Returned Items."
The return of the package is your responsibility, and until I have the package in my possession, you are liable for any damage that occurs during transport. You will bear the costs of the return.

IMPORTANT!! Your return shipment must always be sent with delivery, regardless of which transport company you choose. I do not accept return shipments delivered to parcel shops or other pickup locations, and they will automatically be sent back to the sender.
I recommend using a carrier with tracking and ensuring you obtain a receipt as proof that you have submitted the package.
What condition should the returned item be in?
The returned item must be in its original condition. By original condition, I mean that all products you return should be in the same state as when you received them, with all tags attached. Returned items must not be used, washed, or altered in any way, including odors such as smoke or food, and should not have pet hair on them
How quickly will I receive my refund?
Once I have received your returned package and confirmed that it is in its original condition (see the definition under "Condition of Returned Items"), it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to you. When you cancel a purchase and I receive the order back, you will be refunded the full amount excluding shipping costs. If, contrary to expectations, you have not received your refund within the specified 10 business days, please send me an email.
How do I file a complaint?
If you find a defect in the product, please take one or more photos of it and send them to: contact@sonsac.com. Along with the photo, include a description of the issue, and I will get back to you promptly.
In this regard, I would like to remind you to always follow the "Care and Washing Instructions" described above. If there is an issue with a delivered order, I will cover the shipping costs.
Price and Payment
In the webshop, you can order your items online and pay with: Dankort, MobilePay, Euro/Mastercard, VISA, JBC cards, and Visa Electron. All my prices include VAT. I do not charge card fees.
Foreign Payment Cards
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds are held on your card or account until:
- We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
- The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
